Membership is non-refundable.
Registration Cancellation by the Chamber
The ANZ India Business Chamber (ANZIBC) reserves the right to cancel any of its events due to low enrolment or
other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If ANZIBC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund excluding the GST. Should circumstances
arise that result in the postponement of an event, ANZIBC has the right to either issue a full refund or
transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
ANZIBC may also discuss with the Participants directly and the refund could be adjusted for some other services
of the Chamber on mutual consent.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund as per the
cancellation policy intimated for the said event.
If the registered participant is not able to join, they may depute another person and there is no need to pay
any extra fees.
ANZIBC may also discuss with the Participants directly and the refund could be adjusted for some other services
of the Chamber on mutual consent.
Refund
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing/through email only and must be received by the stated cancellation
deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the registered participant.
Sponsorship Cancellation must be 45 days prior unless publicity has begun. If company has received publicity, no
cancellation/refund will be given.
Bank Credit
All refunds will be credited to the registered participant’s account within 15 days after receiving the refund
request and found to be eligible for the refund as per the cancellation policy. In case, there will be a further
delay due to any technical issues, this will be informed to the parties concerned in advance.
These above policies apply to all ANZIBC Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
